Managing Stress, Building Resilency

This is the second event in the Managing Stress series, free and led by licensed professionals from Blossom Whole Family Therapy —This session will show how to build resiliency after recognizing the causes of stress & the impact between body and mind. How do you bounce back positively from life’s stressful challenges? You can find the first session online — it covers identifying stress and recognizing its impact.

This is open to adults, youth and their parents. There will be large group learning and then breakouts into adult and youth rooms for more focused discussion.
