EXAMEN

End your day with 30 minutes of quiet. Pastor Beth will lead a weekly gathering to practice the Examen, an ancient prayer that gives time to notice where God has been present in your day. This prayer does not require anything other than some intentional time to be present to what happens each day. The group will meet outside near the labyrinth as weather permits (please bring a yoga mat) or in the Chapel. This prayer time is open to all, so please invite friends and neighbors.
